about me

i am mukesh jain, Visually challenged person, the owner of the group ADPI-association of disabled persons, India have developed this group to share the latest activities and news in the disability sector. i have dedicated myself for making awareness towards the rights, duties and privillages enshrined under the different legislations treaties, rules and conventions available for the disabled persons in india. i am keen learner of having access to the latest technology available for disabled persons.
i have written several articles on the different issues concerning disabled persons and won several prices in the essay competitions held by the various organisations at the national level. i have also worked on the expert panel of legal pandits international services private limited the online portal of law and developed their contents on the various legislations in india such as Indian Company's Act, Consumer Protection Act,VAT Act etc
with my experience, i would like to share my light of knowledge amongst the differently abled fellow beings.

My educational details:

I have studied my Primary Education from the Happy Home School for The Blind, Mumbai. This school comprise of all the facilities including boarding facilities etc for the blind in their premises. This is the very good special school for the blind children. At the age of sixteen when I was in my eight^th standard, I started feeling to take admission in integrated school so I have taken admission in another school where other abled person were studying. i have studied my ten^th from King George High School, Mumbai in 1993. I have done my college from Wilson College, Mumbai. I have passed out my Graduation in Arts from The Mumbai University in 1998. Then I have done my LL.B. from The Government Law College, Mumbai in 2001.

my work details:

After acquiring the degree of Law in 2001, I have enrolled myself with the Barr Council of Maharashtra & Goa as a Practicing Advocate. From 2001-2002, I have worked as Advocate Trainee with Solicitor Kishor P. Jain, Mumbai. From 2002-2003, I have worked as Researcher with Legal Pundits.com An online Portal of Law on the internet and developed contents of their site on various Indian Legislations such as, Indian Company’s Act, 1956, Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and VAT Act 2003. from 2003-2004, I have worked as Junior Associates in the office of advocate Haresh Jagtiani & Associates, Mumbai.
From 2004 till today, I am working with one Central Public Sector Undertaking called NTPC LTD. Korba as Assistant Law. My nature of the work includes maintaining records of all the cases, drafting correspondence in all the cases and keeping records, preparing reports of all the cases on computer etc.

So I have enquired with lots of my colleagues about the same but unfortunately, I got disappointed as they have informed me that the same can not be done unless you know many things in details about the coding. The said coding can not be done as it requires lot of help from the sighted people. That answer made me more curious about learning html coding. But I could not find out more about it.
